There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 27.11.2018, there was no representation. However, to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter is posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation. From this, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
