HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29399 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

The petitioner is a Driver in the respondent - Corporation. He was suspended by an order dated 18.1.2014 on the ground that he was involved in a Criminal Case and had been in judicial custody for more than 48 hours and he did not inform the said fact to the Department at appropriate. Thereafter, a disciplinary enquiry was contemplated against him. While so, by an order dated 3.4.2014, the Divisional Manager of the respondent-Corporation lifted the order of suspension passed against the petitioner and directed him to report before the Divisional Manager, Sanathnagar Division for posting orders. Subsequently, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.8.2015 to the second respondent to issue posting orders, but so far, according to the petitioner, no posting orders have been issued. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.8.2015 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per the

proceedings of the Divisional Manager dated 3.4.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
