This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.763 of 2016 in A.S.No.262 of 2016 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
