This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 03.01.2012 in I.A.No.509 of 2012 in O.P.No.762 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Additional Family Court, at Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.
