The grievance of the petitioner is that his vehicle i.e. Honda City Car No.AP 07 CH99 was stolen and he made complaint to the police. On that a case in Cr.No.88 of 2018 on the file of Bapatla Town Police Station was registered and the vehicle of the petitioner was seized by the police and produced the same before the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bapatla. That the petitioner filed application on 24-04-2018 for release of the subject vehicle before the Court below and notice was ordered to the accused in the said case and the matter is being adjourned from time to time. Meanwhile the subject vehicle is getting damaged. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the subject vehicle was produced before the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cumJudicial Magistrate of First Class, Bapatla on 27-04-2018 and entered in CPR.64 of 2018.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bapatla is directed to dispose of the application for release of the subject vehicle within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 21-06-2018 Note:
