This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, who are A.1 and A.2, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Commercial Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.
Nagar, Hyderabad, vide common order dt.25.10.2019 in Crl.MP.Nos.137 and 138 of 2019 in Crime No.525 of 2019 to the extent of "directing the petitioners to furnish registered title deeds of the properties of wife or sons or brothers or sisters of them situated at Delhi along with Encumbrance Certificate standing in their name and those documents will be with the Court till the disposal of the case and after the Court satisfied with the said sureties, the same shall be informed to the concerned Registrar Officer about the deposit of the title deed of the Court and not to entertain registration till the Court informs them".
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State. Perused the impugned order passed by the Court below.
The impugned order dt.25.10.2019 passed by the Court below is perfectly justified and no interference is called for by this Court with the said order. However, the petitioners/A.1
GSD, J Crl.P.No.6962 of 2019 and A.2 are directed to file an application seeking appropriate relief before the appropriate Court within ten (10) days from the date of this order.
With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
