O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer in disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader stated that earlier writ petitioner filed W.P.No.43041/2015 aggrieved by the resumption order passed by the 5th respondent - Tahsildar. This court by order dated 4.1.2016, taking into consideration that the petitioner has filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, disposed of the writ petition directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to dispose of the appeal. He further stated that the petitioner has filed contempt case and pending the said case, filed the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
