Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 have not taken any action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.03.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Chillakuru Police Station, Nellore District, stating that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired into and it revealed that the allegations are civil in nature and hence no case could be registered and when the same sought to informed to the petitioner, he did not approach the 3rd respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the written instructions and submitted that no action has been taken on the report of the petitioner. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to follow the guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in the decision reported in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, and take action on the report lodged by the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
