THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29194 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent Municipality is processing of building application submitted by the petitioner herein pertaining to the premises bearing Door No.1-7-132, Main Raod, Bhongir.

The 1st respondent vide File No.3043/W-7/2017/0542 dated 05.12.2017 highlighted certain short falls in the application of the petitioner herein. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner after receipt of the said letter dated 05.12.2017, petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.12.2017 enclosing all the documents required therein and complied with the said short falls. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that despite the same, no action has been taken so far by the respondent authorities in the direction of processing the application of the petitioner herein for building permission. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel Sri N.

Praveen Kumar, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Municipality to process the building application of the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.12.2017, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
