HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23729 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare inaction of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in proceeding with the investigation in Crime No.40 of 2019, dt.04.02.2019 and filing charge sheet against unofficial respondent No.6 and others in accordance with law. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Crime No.40 of 2019, dt.04.02.2019 is under investigation and the matter has been referred to the higher authorities for further steps.

In view of the said submission, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be gone into, at this stage. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
