THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 509 OF 2007 O R D E R :

Sri S.A.K. Mynoddin, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 21.11.2016 to the Registry seeking to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' as his client died and the members of his family requested him to do so, with liberty to approach the authorities for claiming death benefits including pension.

Hence, the Writ Petition is listed today and is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
