The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application in Form A under Rule-3 of the Telangana State Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995, for registration of the society before the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Co-operation.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
