When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition, with a liberty to avail the other remedies available under law.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
