When the matter is taken up hearing, Sri J. Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a request to renew his request after filing charge sheet.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to renew his request after filing charge sheet.
