Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action on the referred the complaint of the petitioner dated 8.12.2016 vide CC (SR) No.6622 of 2016 on the file of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the oral instructions, submits that Cr.No.537 of 2016 was registered and hence, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
