HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9070 OF 2011 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in notifying for supply of sanitary workers and Auto Drivers for the period from 10.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 by tender notice dated 26.03.2011 and 28.03.2011 issued by the 3rd respondent as published in Andhra Prabha Telugu Daily newspaper of Krishna District Edition as illegal and arbitrary and violative of G.O.Ms.No.475, dated 28.08.1989 and Circular dted 29.12.2009, issued by the 1st respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondents to notify for open category. This Court on 01.04.2011, while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction.
The period for which the tender notification was issued is for only one year i.e. from 10.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 and the said period is also over. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
