HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1728 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Revision is filed against the order dated 20-01-2011 in I.A.No.668 of 2010 in O.S.No.263 of 2008, whereby, the trial Court allowed the application of 2nd respondent to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 1st plaintiff on record and permit him to amend the suit consequentially.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners says that since there are distinct prayers, one application is not maintainable for the several reliefs. Heard learned counsel for the respondents.

The impugned order goes to show that revision petitioners and other respondents therein have not raised any objection for allowing the application. Having given consent in allowing the application, it is not open for the revision petitioners to challenge the impugned order. Besides that, no appeal lies against the consent order. In that view of the matter, revision is also not maintainable. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Since suit is of the year 2008, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
