The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedy by filing a private complaint before an appropriate Court. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
