Petitioners pray for direction to respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of objection petition dated 29.10.2016 filed by petitioners complaining against non-payment of compensation for acquiring land in Sy.No.311/ 2 , 274/ 3, 314/ 2 , 312/ 2, 305/ 2, 313/ 2, 312/ 1, 313/ 3, 240/ 2, 305/ 3, 240/ 1, 311/ 1, 274/ 2 to an extent of 4.97, 3.9, 5.00, 5.06, 5.03, 5.13, 5.07, 5.00, 5.05, 5.00 5,00, 5.05, 10.63 acres respectively co-relating to Sy.No.240, situated at Vangali Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

At request of respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition was adjourned from 05.12.2016 to today to enable respondents to inform the Court of the reasons in not considering and disposing of the representation. The Assistant Government Pleader placed on record instructions dated 07.12.2016.

After perusing the instructions, this Court is of the view, particularly, having regard to the exercise already undertaken by respondents for determination of eligible persons for payment of compensation, the petitioners, if so advised, have to work out the prayers before the competent authority/ court and thereafter, the prayer for payment of compensation can be considered. By granting liberty to petitioners to work out the prayers in a comprehensive way, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear
that this Court has not considered the merits pleaded by petitioners or respondents 1 to 3. It is for the competent authority/ court to decide as and when an issue is pressed into service for consideration. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
