THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.23761 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the second respondent is not taking up O.S.No.30 of 2017, including the interlocutory application filed therein, despite service of notice and filing of memos for taking up the matter as latest as on 15.06.2019. Heard Sri Swaroop Oorilla, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the interlocutory application filed in O.S.No.30 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
