SI VA SANKARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ONNo.17521 of 2016 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the Indian Bank, fairly states that in the light of the order passed by this Court today allowing Review W.P.M.P.No.27428 of 2016 filed in W.P.No.41357 of 2015 and consequently dismissing the said writ petition, steps would be taken by the bank to deliver physical possession of the property sold to the petitioner expeditiously.

The said statement is placed on record and the writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
