This Civil Revision Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order, dated 22.03.2018, in I.A.No.18 of 2018 in O.S.No.349 of 2014 on the file of learned VI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. 3.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
