Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed WP.No.18824 of 2019, dated 29-08-2019.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the judgment dated 12-09-2012 in WP.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
