This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., is filed by petitioners/A2 and A3 seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3877 of 2019 in Cr.No.51 of 2019; and order dated 03.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4435 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3877 of 2019 in Cr.No.51 of 2019 and to release them on regular bail in Cr.No.51 of 2019 on the file of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Serilingampaly, Rangareddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Since the petitioners/A2 and A3 are residents of Odissa State, their prayer for modification is rejected.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
