This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.36 of 2016 pending on the file of S.H.O., Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code. Heard Sri V. Sai Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 27.03.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, and numbered as C.C.190 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No. 36 of 2016, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
