This Criminal Petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is filed by accused No.5 in Crime No.53 of 2016 on the file of the P.S.Maredumilli, East Godavari District, seeking regular bail. At the hearing, Mr.G.Eswaraiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to his client to renew his request before the Sessions Court.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
