This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/accused No.8 in Crl.M.P.No.3579 of in Crl.M.P.No.1621 of 2020 in Crime No.1275 of 2019 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District on 27.11.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the SHO concerned on every 2nd and 4th Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.8 in Crl.Petition No.3579 of

Crl.Petition No.6719 of 2022 2020 dated 27.11.2020 directing the petitioner to appear before the SHO concerned on every 2nd and 4th Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till filing of charge sheet, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/Accused No.8 is directed to appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.
