ORDER

Petitioner was appointed as Pharmacist Grade-II on contract basis. This writ petition is instituted contending that the salary payable to the petitioner on various spells was not paid and even though a representation was submitted for payment of salary on 04.09.2009, the same is not disposed of.

2. This Court, by order dated 22.03.2011, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2009. Neither the petitioner nor the respondents are able to say whether any orders are passed on the representation. However, in the counter affidavit, it is stated that the respondents are not in receipt of the representation dated 04.09.2009.

3. As seen from the representation, which the petitioner enclosed to the writ petition paper book, for various spells from 2005 to 2007, certain amounts due to the petitioner were not paid. In the counter affidavit, respondents also admit that for certain spells, amounts due to the petitioner were not paid. Statement in paragraph 4 would disclose that for the months of June and July, 2006, no amount was paid and for the months of August and September, 2006, for 20 days and 2 days respectively, amount was not paid. Similarly, certain amounts are due for the months of

January, June and July, 2007.

4. Having regard to the representation submitted by the petitioner and as fairly stated in the counter affidavit, the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, A.P.V.V.P., Ongole (3rd respondent), is directed to pay all the amounts due and payable to the petitioner as mentioned in their counter affidavit, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
