The Revision is disposed of, for nothing to interfere, much less to set aside the impugned order, but for, giving liberty to the petitioner by virtue of this order to approach the Bank and obtain certified copies and submit the same in defence of the accused, it is later if at all any necessity of summoning, Manager of the Bank, having any personal knowledge of transaction, to depose, the Court can consider.
