HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:7846 OF 2016 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to mutate the subject property in the name of Marwadi Shiksha Samithi.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that Shri Prakash Chandra Shrimal gifted the subject property in favour of Marwadi Shiksha Samithi on 19.4.2010. An application was made for mutation of the subject premises in the name of the petitioner. But the respondents have not taken any steps for mutation sofar.

4. The application of the petitioner is pending before the respondents. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Date: 16th June, 2017 Nn.
