The counsel for both sides state that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, since the permission allegedly granted to 7th respondent for excavating the sand by 4th respondent has expired on 31.07.2016.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The interim orders granted earlier shall stand vacated. 4.
In view of the above, no orders are required in WVMP.Nos.916 and 1058 of 2016.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
