HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.23764 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to police station and demanding her to vacate the premises bearing Door No.39-614/2 on Plot No.58/A situated at Padmavathi Nagar Colony, Vanastalipuram, Cyberabad, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to take action against the 3rd resodnent.

Heard the Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 31.10.2019, would submit that the 3rd respondent received a complaint from the 4th respondent on 23.10.2019 stating that the petitioner along with her brother forcibly broken all the locks of the rooms and entered into his premises on 20.10.2019 and when asked about it, they threatended them with dire consequences. By the said written instructions, it is stated that on receipt of the above complaint, G.D. entry was made and enquiry was done. It is during such enquiry, the 4th respondent visited the place for causing enquiry and also enquired with the neighbours of the

said premises. In the course of the said enquiry, the petitioner was called to the police station. It is stated that apart from visit of the 3rd respondent to the place for causing enquiry into the matter, the respondent No.3 never interfered nor called the petitioner to the police station at any point of time. Recording the said submission made by the 3rd respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
