THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5246 of 2011 ORDER:

As there was no representation for the revision petitioners on 09.06.2016, the revision was directed to be listed on 14.06.2016 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. However, when the matter was listed on 16.06.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioners made a request and, therefore, the revision was directed to be listed on 29.06.2016 under the same caption. On that day, at request, the revision was directed to be listed on 07.07.2016. When the revision came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is present. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
