This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not allowing the petitioner from carrying on aquaculture operations in the fish tanks over an extent of Acs.8.30 cents situated in survey Nos.42, 43 and 44 of Gummampadu Village, Attili Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that respondent Nos.3 to 6 are not interfering with the aquaculture operations of the petitioner. The submission is recorded. In view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this case. 4.
