This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action on the report of the petitioner against respondents 4 to 6, dated 04.06.2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent has not received any complaint on 04.06.2018 from the petitioner. But they received complaint dated 19.06.2018 from the petitioner and basing the said complaint, a case in Crime No.252/2018, dated 19.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 506, 509, r/w.34 IPC against respondents 4 to 6.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
