HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.3820 OF 2008 ORDER:

Sri G.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel, representing Sri Ganesh Bhujanga Rao Vadduri learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner herein, wife of late Komoraiah who said to have been participated during the Nizam Liberation Movement and applied for grant of Freedom fighters Pension under Swatantra Sainik Samman pension Scheme, expired during pendency of this writ petition and therefore, as per Circular/Order No.8/2/98-FF(P), dated 13.10.2000, the cause does not survive in this writ petition and it has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
