THE HONOURABLE SMT.JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P.NO. 31002 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents to consider the allotment of the petitioner to Mahabubnagar District as against Narayanpet District to which she was posted, on widow ground. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents, he seeks liberty from this Court for making a representation and on such representation being made by the petitioner, the respondents may be directed to consider and dispose of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I is heard. 4.

In view of above submission, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondents for consideration of her case on her being a widow within one week from today and on such representation being made, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same as per the Division Bench order of this Court in W.P.No.27722 of 2022 and pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
