HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23798 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not receiving the application form and not transferring service No.102155108 in the name of petitioner for land in Sy.No.11/32, admeasuring 300 square yards situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.17739 of 2019, dated 02-08-2019. The same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application afresh for transfer of the service connection in his name before the competent authority and the competent authority is directed to receive the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
