This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 12.01.2010 in O.P.No.1153 of 2008 on the file of the XXI Additional Chief Judge-cum-VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award on 09.12.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
