Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for respondent No.1; and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the joint owner and possessor of open plots admeasuring 388 and 205 sq. yards in Sy.No.210 situated at Kanukunta of Ramachandrapuram Gram Panchayat & Mandal, Medak District, having purchased the same under registered documents dated 12.08.1991 and 20.08.1992. It is the case of the petitioner that after obtaining permission from the concerned authorities, he made constructions therein. While so, as per the instructions of the officials of the respondent Corporation, who visited the premises of the petitioner and threatened to demolish the structures raised by him, the petitioner had applied on 27.12.2015 vide application No.2000037004, for regularization of his building. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation for regularisation is not being considered till date and the officials of the respondent Corporation are threatening to demolish his property without following due process of law. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner applied for regularisation on 27.12.2015, the officials of the respondent Corporation are threatening to demolish the constructions made by the petitioner without following due process of law and without considering the application of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the application, dated 27.12.2015, of the petitioner is pending consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
