Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

It is seen that the complaint allegations are to the effect that the petitioner/accused while working as Grameena Dak Sevaks ( Bharatiya Postals and Mails) has belatedly deposited an amount of Rs.32,414/-. The investigation is reported to be pending. In view of the prima facie material, it is not a fit case to order quashment of the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is a lady, the Police of Doulthabad Police Station, Medak District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/Accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
