HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22333 of 2014 ORDER :

The relief sought in the writ petition is as under: "..... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Mandamus and direct the respondents No.2 to 6 to consider the complaint action against those who have involved in this conspiracy particularly joining hands with the respondents No.11 and 12 followed by the respondents No.13 to 15 is against to the law and arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice, dated 13.06.2014 in more particular to the respondents No.13 to 15 deliberate misusage of the official positions for vested interest and pass such other order or orders ....."

When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 26.12.2019, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" today. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
