Heard, Sri K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Revenue for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri K. Ratanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.6.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein may be permitted to file application to the respondent authorities and the learned counsel further requested to direct the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders on the representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by learned counsel for respondents and submitted that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law. This Court considers the said request as reasonable.
For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is
made within the stipulated time, the same be considered and appropriate action be passed by the respondent authorities, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months thereafter.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
