This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A23 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of CID, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 468, 471 and 120(B) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused misappropriated the funds of the society and committed irregularities in the affairs of the society.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
