HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28844 of 2016 ORDER:
Neither in the writ petition nor in the representation, the petitioner has not disclosed who are the ancestors and what is their relationship. The petitioner also says his name was not entered in revenue records from 2008 onwards. The petition is vague. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to make out case.
In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. As such, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-08-2016 Nvl
