The case of the petitioner was that he purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2-00 cents in Sy.No.441/5 of Bodilaveedu Village, Veldurthy Mandal, Guntur District in the Court auction held on 09-07-1990 in execution of decree passed in E.P.No.119/1988-89. The 2nd respondent issued sale certificate in Form-10 on 05-03-1992. Though the petitioner made representation on 18-04-2016 for delivery of possession of said land. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Bobba Vijaya Laxmi, counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. Since it is stated that the representation filed by the petitioner dated 18-04-2016 is pending before the concerned authority, the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same and take action accordingly within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
