AMARNATH GOUD F.C.A.No.262 of 2018 and Tr.C.M.P.No.418 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) When the matters came up for hearing, both the counsel for appellants and respondents have agreed that the order dated 12.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.60 of 2018 in O.P.No.1833 of 2015 and also the order of dismissal dated 13.12.2017 passed in O.P.No.1833 of 2015 by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, be set aside by restoring O.P.No.1833 of 2015 to its original number.

Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present appeal and also the submission of the counsel for the parties, we hereby set aside the order dated 12.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.60 of 2018 in O.P.No.1833 of and also the order or dismissal dated 13.12.2017 passed in O.P.No.1833 of 2015 by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, and consequently, O.P.No.1833 of 2017 is restored to its original number. 3.

As agreed by the counsel for the parties, we hereby transfer O.P.No.1833 of 2015 from the Court of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to the Court of 25th Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to club with O.P.No.2610 of 2016 pending on its file. The learned 25th Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court,

SKK, J & TA, J F.C.A.No.262 of 2018 & Tr.CMP No.418 of 2017 Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of both the O.Ps, after giving opportunity to both parties, in accordance with law, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal and Transfer C.M.P. are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal and the petition shall stand closed.
