Aggrieved by the action on the part of the 3rd respondent in not completing the investigation in Cr.No.237 of 2017, dated 13.09.2017 on the file of Nagaramapalem Police Station, Guntur, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions, stating that complaint of the petitioner was investigated and was closed as 'Civil in Nature' as per the orders of the Sub-Divisional officer, West Division, Guntur Urban vide C.No.370/Ref/SDPO-WD/2018, dated 30.06.2018. He submits after serving notice on the petitioner, filed final report dated 12.07.2018 before the Special Mobile Magistrate Court, Guntur and that it is for the Investigating Officer to take steps. In view of submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law.
