The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 is not completing the investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2018, dated 04-01-2018 of Krosuru Police Station, Krosuru, Guntur District.

No counter affidavit is filed by the 8th respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that five witnesses were examined and a letter was addressed to Sub-Registrar, Krosur for report in the matter for the purpose of investigation and the same is awaited. Still some more witnesses have to be examined and further investigation is in progress. On completion of the same, final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be filed without any delay. This Court is not deciding the lis between the petitioner and the 6th respondent in this writ petition except directing the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file appropriate report.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
