THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8561 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had been issued Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of an extent of Ac.1-00 cents land in survey No.112/1 of Araveetikota village, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District by the 3rd respondent but the 3rd respondent is not updating the same in their official website through the online server maintained by them.

2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that there were disputes raised by certain neighbours of the petitioner, when a survey was proposed to be done and because of that reason, updating of online information was not done, in spite of the petitioner's representation dt.27.02.2016.

3. In view of the fact that Pattadar Passbook has been issued to the petitioner in respect of the above land, it is not open to the respondents to now refuse to update their official website reflecting the ownership of the petitioner in respect of the subject land. If any third party has any objection thereto, respondents should instruct the said third party to initiate appropriate proceedings in an appropriate forum to adjudicate his dispute with the petitioner, but that cannot be made as a ground by the respondents for refusing to update the records in the official website maintained by them.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to update their revenue records through online server by reflecting the ownership of the petitioner in respect of the above land within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
